for a while, you know that earthquakes are inevitable. Anyone that’s been through an earthquake will bear witness to the awesome and humbling power of Mother Nature. Experts have been warning BC
residents for decades of an impending megathrust earthquake and how necessary having an earthquake kit is. Over the past several decades BC
residents and city officials have been working hard to prepare us for the worst, but surprisingly our research shows that less than 25% of BC
residents have an earthquake kit in their home, office or vehicle. This puts not only their lives and the lives of their families in danger, but also the lives of rescue workers and support crew who will help to clean up the mess when a major earthquake occurs. This lack of preparation by it's citizens will put a major strain on the local and provincial economy when the big one does hit. We need to band together, be proactive and get ahead of this disaster before it happens. Please everyone, get an earthquake kit and spread the word about our service. It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
